FAZE heroes

Retcon universe, Okay, so quick Bios, here we go.....

FAZE: Headstrong college Bioengineer whose genetic code randomly mutated the Hyperactive Adrenaline Gene. This gene allows him to move so fast, that time appears stopped, in controlled, concentrated intervals. In tandem with his pal Mike, he created hand "blasters", small fans that run on bio-energy, accelerated by FAZE's high adrenaline level. He uses modified versions to act as flying thrusters on his back and ankles. The TEK suit was built to control the output of Adrenaline to the blaster augments.

Chromezor: Originally created by doctor Dennis Hill, Chromezor was built to destroy FAZE and others with the Hyper-Adrenaline gene. James Tate, originally an H-A gene carrier himself, overexerted himself and ended up in a hospital, where Dr Hill gave him the augments that turned him into Chromezor. After being defeated by FAZE, Tate was revived by Doctor Nelson, a close friend of FAZE, and regained his own will, Aiding FAZE in future battles.

Asura: Unsure of her origins, Asura was abandoned at a young age. Carrying an unusual strain of the Hyper-Adrenaline gene, Asura has unprecedented control over her abilities. Asura met FAZE during a fight against a large H-A mutant that was wrecking the city, and the two quickly became powerful allies. Asura fights with a well-honed katana blade, specially strengthened for her by an old freind to withstand the amount of force it would take from a single accelerated strike.

Demon: Specially created by the atlantean mastermind Devon to lead his mutated creations against FAZE and his allies, Demon turned against his creator upon realizing Devon's only intent was to cause pain and suffering. Demon is quick on his feet, although not as fast as FAZE or Asura, but his tough, leathery skin protects him from danger. Demon's weapons of choice are two Semi-Automatic pistols, and, depending on the situation, a wide variety of primary weapons ranging from assault rifles to smg's.

Centra Diale: Rachel Leighton was a young college student when a laboratory accident resulted in a huge explosion, killing 13 students and fatally injuring Rachel. Miraculously, she survived. However, she had suffered severe brain damage and lost her left eye. Surgeons and scientists worked for months, rebuilding her brain structure and implanting her with cybernetics. The result was Centra Diale, a Bow-wielding, half-machine, half-human woman whose cybernetics directed her to stop injustice. Unlike most of the heroes, Centra is recognized by the police department due to her unique position.

Archon: Not currently implemented in the Retconnned universe, Archon is a member of an alien race known as the Transcendants, who fought the Kolmach centuries ago. The Asurans and Atlanteans (the origins of the Hyper-Adrenaline gene) both have ties to these ancient races, but the full extent of this has yet to be discovered in the new universe (in the old universe, the Kolmach used the Atlanteans as shock troops. both the atlanteans and the asurans were created by Transcendant experimentation)

Villain profile: Devon (unpictured): Devon is a powerful Hyper-Adrenaline mutant, the second of the two "undescended" (H-A gene carriers with no ties back to Atlantis or Asura) mentioned in asuran prophecy. Devon is the bringer of chaos, being more in line with atlantis than his other undescended counterpart (FAZE). This preserves his intellect, although not his sanity, as he mutates, creating a dangerous, maniacal genius who is hellbent on causing chaos and destruction until all worship him as a god.
